Commitment Declaration of the European Slave Academy

As a BDSM training facility, the European Slave Academy commits itself fully and irrevocably to voluntariness, self-determination, personal dignity, physical and psychological integrity, and legal security in all areas of its work.

This commitment applies permanently, without exception and without limitation. It may not be revoked, weakened, overridden, or restricted by the Academy, its staff, representatives, or Members through internal rules, individual agreements, training procedures, personal relationships, or any other circumstances.

Every application, contact, conversation, selection process, training measure, accommodation arrangement, journey, cooperation, or other form of participation is based exclusively on free and informed consent. Participation is voluntary at every stage and may be ended by the person concerned at any time without negative consequences.

All applicants, participants, graduates, and any other persons connected with the Academy retain full control over their identification documents, financial resources, communication options, freedom of movement, and personal decisions at all times. No person is required to surrender passports, identity documents, money, bank cards, mobile phones, or other personal belongings.

The safe word “STOP” may be used at any time and without giving a reason. Once it is used, all relevant activity must cease immediately. Every applicant, participant, or graduate may leave the training grounds, any accommodation, or the Member with whom they are staying at any time. This right is unrestricted, non-waivable, and irrevocably guaranteed by the Academy.

The European Slave Academy strictly prohibits human trafficking, exploitation, coercion, deception, pressure, restriction of freedom, debt bondage, exploitation of dependency, sexual exploitation, forced labor, slavery-like practices, organ removal, or any other form of involuntary exploitation of a person. Such conduct does not take place within the Academy and would constitute a serious criminal offense. The Academy, its staff, and its Members are permanently, without exception, and irrevocably bound by these prohibitions.

No person is pressured, persuaded, manipulated, or obligated to apply, participate, travel, accept accommodation, undergo training, live with a Member, cooperate with the Academy, or otherwise be involved. Personal, economic, social, emotional, legal, or other forms of dependency are not exploited.

The Academy fully respects every individual’s physical integrity, personal autonomy, freedom of movement, freedom of choice, legal self-determination, privacy, health, and dignity. All procedures are conducted transparently and in compliance with the law, with particular attention to protection, trust, health, and personal safety.

Persons below the applicable legal minimum age are excluded from any form of participation. Compliance with these principles is reviewed and monitored by the Academy’s responsible legal department. These protection standards form a binding and irrevocable foundation of every activity of the European Slave Academy.
