Accident / Illness
What happens if I fall ill or have an accident?
Applicants are asked to state in their application whether they have health insurance for stays abroad that includes accident coverage. Thats important!!  If not, the Academy will arrange insurance for you. We bear responsibility for you and look after your well-being. Our examiners possess medical expertise and will attend to you should you need to see a doctor or dentist, or if you experience a mental health crisis. Thanks to their many years of experience, they also have a keen sense for identifying anyone who might be feigning illness or merely holding back from participating actively.

Application Process for the Aptitude Test
To apply, send a complete email to info.esa@proton.me. Required information includes your exact age, height, weight, two full-body naked photos taken standing (one front view and one back view) while holding a clearly visible sign with “APP”, the current application date, your date of birth, height, weight, and nationality (face visibility is optional for verification purposes). An appealing, not-too-short video clip significantly improves your chances. Add a short personal text describing who you are, your current activities or studies, any prior experiences (which do not influence the decision negatively), and most importantly your motivation for applying. The entire process is fully standardized to ensure equal evaluation. Incomplete submissions are rejected without review. The selection committee in Geneva evaluates applications multiple times per month according to fixed criteria and informs suitable candidates of aptitude test dates. Tests take place in Europe; travel costs from within Europe are covered by the Academy (detailed on the dedicated Application page and expanded in the FAQ section).

BDSM – Definition and Fascination
BDSM is the collective abbreviation for Bondage & Discipline, Dominance & Submission, and Sadism & Masochism. Costs and Financial Support
The complete training program, including accommodation in single apartments, all meals, travel within Europe, health insurance, and full access to psychological and medical support teams, is provided entirely free of charge to participants. During the training period you receive an immediate monthly scholarship or honorarium in the range of approximately €1,700–€2,900 to cover personal expenses. Upon successful graduation and placement, this increases to a monthly income between €7,300 and €9,900 (figures as of 2025, with regular upward adjustments depending on your demonstrated skills, flexibility, and overall performance). These payments are not compensation for services but are designed to enable a financially independent and comfortable lifestyle while living the BDSM dynamic. Data Protection and Discretion
All personal data, photographs, videos, and any other materials submitted are treated with the strictest confidentiality. Access is limited exclusively to members of the Geneva selection committee and authorized instructors. If you are not invited to training, decline participation, or withdraw at any point, all your data is deleted immediately and permanently. A formal confidentiality agreement must be signed prior to starting the program to protect both graduates and Academy owners. Discretion is described as the absolute highest principle of the entire institution; inquiries from the press, unsolicited membership requests, or attempts to obtain addresses or images receive no response (FAQ page).

Duration and Content of Training
The training program typically spans 1 to 3 years, with the exact length depending on your previous knowledge, progress, and individual aptitude. It follows a modern, modular structure that combines intensive theoretical learning with extensive hands-on practice. Training takes place in an exclusive, well-equipped boarding-school-style facility in Europe where participants live in their own comfortably furnished single apartments. Core content includes a wide range of BDSM practices (bondage, discipline, dominance and submission techniques, impact play, sensory play, equipment handling such as ropes, whips, and toys), personality development, boundary expansion in a safe environment, aftercare protocols, risk awareness, and preparation for professional-level service as a BDSM Sub Slave. Ethics and Legality
The Academy operates under the strictest adherence to all applicable laws and ethical guidelines. There is zero tolerance for coercion, violence, exploitation, or any form of illegal activity such as human trafficking or forced slavery. Every session, agreement, and training element is monitored by a dedicated legal department in Geneva to ensure ongoing compliance with regulations regarding age of consent (17+), youth protection, criminal law, and similar standards. Participation is always fully voluntary, with the explicit right to stop at any moment without repercussions (except continued confidentiality). Evaluation:
What influence do the examiner and instructor have on passing the exams?
Our examiners have a significant influence on the evaluation; that is their role. They follow a standardized procedure and assign point-based scores. Furthermore, they award bonus points for personal initiative, resilience, a lack of prudishness or inhibition, and other factors. Upon arrival, our dispatcher will usually give you a discreet tip regarding the examiner’s and instructor’s preferences. This allows you to compensate for any weaknesses, as no one excels at absolutely everything.

Graduates’ Life After Training
Following successful completion of the program and final examination, graduates enter a trial cohabitation period of one to two weeks with a selected Dom/Master. If both parties agree, this can develop into a long-term arrangement in luxurious surroundings. Daily life combines the BDSM dynamic with high financial security, significant personal freedom, and opportunities for home visits or independent activities. Some graduates have formed deeper bonds leading to marriage or registered partnerships. How many subs participate in the aptitude test?
A maximum of two applicants—male, female, trans, etc.—participate in the aptitude test. If there were more, an objective assessment would not be possible. The subs interact with the examiner. The Academy is aware that this can be uncomfortable for some, as the individual might feel inhibited or even a bit prudish. That wears off by the second day. Naturally, all subs are attractive and no older than 24. This has never been an issue in previous years.

How many weekend courses and week-long courses are offered for the aptitude assessments?
We conduct at least eight weekend courses per month across Europe, and these often fill up very quickly; we then check whether we have the capacity to add extra sessions. These frequently take place in Frankfurt am Main or Berlin, running from Friday afternoon through to Sunday morning.
The seven-day courses are usually held in attractive holiday regions around the Mediterranean (Greece, France, Portugal, or Spain), with occasional additional courses taking place in winter along Germany’s North Sea or Baltic coasts.

How many trainees are in a training course?
There is a maximum of eight people per training course (individuals who have passed the aptitude test). They form a social team—a small family. They attend lectures, prepare for exams together, support one another, and interact throughout the training and exercises. This ranges from intercultural training sessions to learning how to perfectly lick a vagina and clitoris or how to give a perfect blowjob.

Intimacy / Privacy
No, there is no privacy, as we wish to observe you in every life situation.

Limits and Excluded Practices
Having fewer personal limits generally increases your chances of acceptance, as the Academy seeks highly resilient and adaptable candidates. Permanently excluded practices typically include anything causing permanent marks, blood play, and scat/feces activities. Smoking, drug use, or any contagious diseases are strict disqualifiers. Applicants must demonstrate comfort with full nudity, showing themselves, and sexual interaction with other healthy, well-groomed candidates during testing . All common BDSM practices are otherwise open, provided they are executed safely and consensually. Owners / Members of the Academy
The owners and members are very wealthy individuals from business, politics, arts, and culture who wish to integrate a pronounced BDSM fetish into their exclusive everyday lives together with trained graduates. Membership is granted exclusively through personal recommendation by existing members and is not open to direct applications. Panic / Fear
People and emotions go hand in hand; that’s what makes us human. And in challenging situations, our minds and bodies can sometimes play tricks on us—for instance, if we overestimate our own limits. So, what happens if you, as an applicant, panic or get scared?

Our instructors and examiners are trained in psychology. They will assess the situation well, talk to you, help you find the necessary calm, and look after you. If the feeling persists, it acts just like the safe word "STOP": everything ends for you, and you are free to leave and do whatever you wish. The instructors are also there for you during crises—though these occur extremely rarely. Most of the time, applicants love the new challenge and experience a thrilling rush of excitement. You are in good hands—that’s a promise.

Personal Initiative and Points
Applicants and trainees are evaluated based on a set of criteria and a points system. While they do not have direct access to the specific details, they are given hints about how things stand. Since no one excels equally in every area, there is room to compensate for weaknesses. The key factor here is personal initiative. Our examiners and instructors highly appreciate it when trainees take the initiative and demonstrate the skills they bring to the table—such as spontaneously performing oral sex on the instructor or handing them a whip. Most trainees show great creativity in this regard.

Preparation: How can I prepare for the aptitude test?
Read all the information on our website. Include all necessary details in your initial contact—don't leave anything out. This shows us that you are reliable and genuinely interested. From July 1, 2026, we will only process complete applications.
Make sure you understand the subject of BDSM (please refer to the FAQ on our website). Not everything mentioned there will necessarily be applied. Pay attention to personal grooming: arrive freshly showered and completely shaved (all over). The instructors appreciate form-fitting trousers and shirts so that the contours of what lies beneath are clearly visible. Boxers or other underwear are not strictly necessary; going without is the first form of humiliation. The examiners also appreciate it if you arrive wearing a BDSM collar. Do not wear a chastity cage. If you are still a virgin, you can stretch your anus using fingers and dildos; this serves as good preparation. Arrive well-rested. Avoid alcohol for 96 hours beforehand. Bring your medication schedule and all medications you take regularly, as well as your allergy pass. Diabetics are also welcome to apply; please bring your medication. Requirements for Applicants
Applicants should be between 17 and 24 years old (legal majority/consent age applies at the start of the aptitude test). Preferred body type is skinny, slim, or athletic; no other builds are accepted. You must be fully shaved (except head hair), a non-smoker, drug-free, and free of any mental or serious physical illnesses. A minimum of 70–100% submissive/passive orientation is required, verifiable via the bdsmtest.org link.
Beginners and those without sexual experience (“virgins”) are explicitly welcome, although prior BDSM familiarity is viewed positively. Good personal grooming, comfort with nudity in front of others, and willingness to interact sexually with other suitable candidates during testing are expected. Trans, non-binary, and all gender identities are welcome as long as visual and physical criteria are met. Sub couples may apply in principle (Application page and detailed FAQ section).

Safety
What happens if another applicant becomes abusive or discriminatory during the suitability test?
That person will be disqualified without warning and must leave the premises immediately.

Success
How many applicants have successfully completed their training at the Academy since 2012? Currently, 45 to 72 fully trained graduates leave the Academy each year. This is an average figure, with a rising trend, as many young applicants see no future prospects in their lives and wish to link their kinks to a financially independent future. If they possess robust capabilities and strong determination, they will succeed.

Toys
Are "toys" also used during the suitability test?
Since our examiners travel by plane, their equipment is limited—even in business class, the limit is two suitcases weighing 32 kg each. The examiner brings everything that is needed; each examiner carries their own set of toys.

Target Audience
The Academy addresses young adults from the full spectrum of the queer and LGBTIA+ community, irrespective of specific gender identity, expression, or background. The primary focus lies on slim, athletic, or very skinny individuals who strongly identify with a highly submissive and passive role.
