Application Process, Suitability Assessment and Training – Welcome!

You have found our website—and that is already the first important step. You may have noticed that you had to find us because we do not engage in public advertising.

Absolute discretion and the highest standards of data protection are our top priorities, both for the Members of the Academy and for you. Your personal information is kept strictly secure. Should you leave us or decide against continuing after the suitability assessment, all your information will be deleted, including photographs, personal data and written material.

This means that, should you apply again at a later date, you will have to submit all information and photographs again. However, we hope that this will not be necessary.

Why Does the Academy Conduct a Suitability Assessment?

The purpose of the assessment is to determine whether your application is serious and realistic and whether your personality and character are compatible with the Members of the Academy.

Resilience, a well-groomed body and appropriate manners are only some of the qualities that matter.

We want to become familiar with your personality and establish whether you are comfortable with nudity, including situations in which spectators or other participants are present or actively involved. We also assess whether you are fundamentally capable of following instructions and commands without delay and whether you have a naturally submissive, obedient and service-oriented personality.

Discipline, physical and psychological resilience, willingness to learn and readiness to explore your personal boundaries are essential requirements.

It does not matter whether you are a complete beginner or already have experience. However, it is important that the examiner knows your level of experience so that you are not subjected to excessive demands.

The suitability assessment generally lasts seven days, including the days of arrival and departure. From the moment you arrive at the airport until check-in on the day of departure, you will assume the role of a 24/7 BDSM sub slave. This applies regardless of your gender.

We expect complete honesty and openness from every applicant. These are indispensable requirements.

Throughout the entire week, you may use the safeword “STOP” at any time. Once you use this safeword, your suitability assessment will end immediately.

As a rule, no more than two additional BDSM subs will participate in the assessment alongside you.

You will retain possession of your travel documents and smartphone throughout the entire week. However, smartphone use is limited to 30 minutes per day. The confidentiality agreement must be observed at all times.

Filming or photographing other participants or the examiner is strictly prohibited. Any attempt to do so will result in immediate suspension from the assessment.

A sample weekly schedule is provided below for orientation. Throughout the entire week, you are expected to perform your role as a 24/7 sub with commitment and dedication.

You will receive breaks. Most examiners also organise short excursions and assign small challenges to the subs, both for entertainment and as part of the assessment.

Who May Apply?

Your application and participation are entirely voluntary and will remain voluntary throughout the process.

You will never be required to make any payment. The Academy covers the costs of travel, meals and accommodation.

Travel to the seven-day assessment begins at an airport near your place of residence. The relevant airport will be communicated to you together with your flight confirmation and reservation number.

You will need either a Telegram account or an email account. Since our examiners and instructors generally communicate with applicants through Telegram after their arrival, creating a Telegram account is recommended.

The suitability assessment begins and ends in an EU country. This means that the Academy covers travel costs from that EU country onwards.

In principle, you may participate from anywhere in the world, provided that you hold valid authorisation to enter the European Union under the applicable entry system, including EES requirements where relevant.

Please ensure that your travel documents remain valid for the entire duration of your stay and are still valid on the date of your departure.

Anyone who attempts to misuse the application procedure to obtain entry into or residence within the European Union will be disqualified. The Academy does not facilitate illegal immigration or human smuggling.

Please tell us whether you already have international travel health insurance or whether the Academy should arrange insurance for the duration of your stay.

Our travel agency will naturally require the information necessary to make the relevant reservations. In most cases, your first name, surname and date of birth are sufficient for the flight ticket. An address is generally also required when arranging international travel health insurance.

Should you prefer not to disclose your personal information, you may organise your journey independently. In that case, we will reimburse the cost of the least expensive available flight ticket in the appropriate basic fare category.

You will require only a small item of hand luggage. You need very little clothing because you will generally remain naked during your time with the examiner. When travelling outside the accommodation with the examiner, you will wear the clothing in which you arrived. A washing machine is normally available at the location.

Applicant Requirements

We welcome people of all gender identities. You must be legally an adult at the time of the suitability assessment.

Please tell us your gender identity when submitting your application.

It is helpful if you understand English or German. Where necessary, Google Translate may initially be used. During your subsequent time at the Academy, you will learn English in any case.

You must meet the following requirements:

You are legally an adult when the suitability assessment begins and are no more than 24 years old.
You have a slim, athletic, sporty or delicate build. Femboys are also welcome to apply.
You do not wear facial hair.
Apart from the hair on your head and the natural hair on your arms and legs, your body must be free from body hair and smoothly shaved. This applies particularly to the intimate area.
If you are transgender, please state whether you are female-to-male, FTM, or male-to-female, MTF.
FTM applicants must be willing and physically able to make their vagina available without restriction.
Transgender applicants should have a slim build and small or very small breasts, approximately cup size A.
Beginning hormone treatment is not a problem.
You are physically and psychologically stable.
You are not currently experiencing a serious personal crisis.
You do not take psychotropic medication.
You are a non-smoker.
You do not consume illegal drugs, narcotics or other prohibited substances.
If the examiner discovers drug or narcotics use, you will be disqualified immediately and required to leave the premises.
As a sub slave, you must be available, resilient and suitable for the expected forms of use.
The Academy’s universal exclusions are faeces, blood and permanent marks or injuries.
You must not have undergone major surgery within the previous eight months if it has resulted in sensitive or incompletely healed scar tissue.
You must tell us about all allergies. Allergies are not automatically a problem, but we need this information because we are responsible for your safety.
You must tell us which medications you are required to take regularly and which other medications you currently use.
You must inform us if you are currently receiving psychiatric treatment.
Do not apply if you have been convicted of a serious criminal offence or are currently the subject of an active criminal investigation involving such an offence.
You should be able to consume alcohol.

What You Need for Your Application to the Suitability Assessment

You must submit two recent photographs of yourself without clothing:

one photograph from the front;
one photograph from the back.

The photographs must show you standing with your legs apart.

In each photograph, you must hold a sheet of paper horizontally and ensure that the writing is clearly visible.

The sheet of paper must contain the following information:

the word APP;
the date on which you submit your application;
your complete date of birth;
your current weight;
your current height.

Instead of photographs, you may submit a short video containing all the required information. All relevant parts of your body and all written information must be clearly visible.

Whether you show your face is your decision. This is a matter of mutual trust.

You must complete the detailed and current test on bdsmtest.org and send us the link to your result.

Please also tell us whether you can swim.

Finally, write a few sentences explaining your motivation and why you wish to apply to us. Financial considerations should not be your primary motivation.

What Happens After You Submit Your Application?

All submitted information is treated with strict confidentiality.

Once you have submitted your complete application, you will receive confirmation from the dispatcher on duty.

The dispatcher will check whether your application for the suitability assessment is complete.

If all required information has been provided, your email will be forwarded to Geneva, Switzerland. The selection committee located there will decide promptly whether you will be admitted to the suitability assessment.

If your application is incomplete, you will be informed that it cannot be processed until all missing information has been submitted.
