Ethics

Fundamental basic rules

Our principles are clear, understandable, and compliant with the law

1. Mutual Consent and Voluntariness – Your decision counts
The most important thing to us: Nothing happens without your explicit consent.
You remain in control of the situation at all times. Every activity, conversation, and step is based on your voluntary agreement. You can say "no," stop, or change your mind at any time—without any pressure or negative consequences. Your decision is respected by everyone.

2. Lawfulness and Legality – Everything within the framework of the law
We place the utmost importance on ensuring that all activities and procedures at the European Slave Academy comply with applicable laws.
Every action, training session, and agreement takes place in strict adherence to legal regulations. This means:
No coercion, no violence outside the agreed-upon framework No violation of youth protection laws or other relevant regulations Strict adherence to data protection and confidentiality standards Verification of medical and psychological suitability, as well as legal review of all contracts and consent forms

You can be assured: With us, you are always operating within a completely legal and transparent framework. We maintain close contact with our legal department to offer you the highest possible level of security.

3. Openness and Transparency

Everything is discussed, provided it does not conflict with data protection or personal privacy rights.
Before anything happens, we speak openly and honestly with you about everything that matters to you.
You can express what interests you, what might make you feel uneasy, or what is absolutely out of the question for you. Together, we clarify which activities suit you, where your boundaries lie, and what you desire. Everything is handled transparently and documented in writing so that you can feel secure. Changes are possible at any time—you are under no obligation.

4. Communication – Your voice matters
It takes courage to speak about your own wishes, fears, or insecurities.
We create an atmosphere where you can open up—without fear of rejection or pressure. Right from the application process, it is important to us that you openly share how you feel and what you envision. Later on, too, you can bring up anything, ask questions, or take a break at any time. There are no stupid questions and no wrong feelings!

5. Debriefing (“Aftercare”) – We support you
After every session, we take the time to talk to you about your experiences.
How did you feel? What went well, and what was perhaps unusual or difficult? We ensure you have the time to process everything calmly and help you feel comfortable and safe. This debriefing is an integral part of our process—no one is left alone with their feelings.

6. Physical safety – Health comes first
Your physical well-being is always our top priority.
Our trainers are experienced and use only safe techniques. We also speak openly about health-related aspects: in cases of pre-existing physical or mental health conditions, we clarify together what is and isn't possible. Unfortunately, certain activities are not permitted with specific medical conditions—for your own protection. Medical examinations, such as HIV tests, are mandatory to ensure the safety of everyone involved.

7. Mental and emotional safety

Your feelings matter - It is not just your body that matters to us, but your emotional well-being too.
We ensure that no activity causes mental strain or harm. If you feel uncomfortable, you can stop at any time. Your feelings and concerns are taken seriously and treated with empathy.

8. Respect and appreciation – You are unique
There is no place for prejudice or discrimination here. No matter which role you wish to adopt or what experience you bring with you, you will always be treated with respect and appreciation. We strictly honor your boundaries—no one is ever pressured or persuaded into anything. We meet you as equals, with understanding and empathy.

9. Responsibility – for yourself and others
You don’t have to know or be able to do everything.
We share responsibility: for your safety, your well-being, and that of others. We ensure that no one feels overwhelmed and support you in your step-by-step development.

10. Power – only with your consent
BDSM often involves power and control—but always exactly as you wish!
You decide how far you want to go and can regain control at any time. No one is allowed to force you into anything. That is our promise. The safe word is STOP.
