History of The European Slave Academy
The European Slave BDSM Academy was founded in 2012 at the initiative of an international circle of affluent individuals from politics, business, and culture.
Its administrative headquarters are located in the Greater Geneva area of Switzerland.
Each year, the Academy qualifies approximately 24 to 30 young persons (Age of consent) for responsible roles as a BDSM Sub Slave within the personal and social environment of its members.
A significant part of the training involves intensive work on all psychological, physical, and practical skills related to sex in any way and BDSM in all their facets. The safe word for all stages—the aptitude test, the training, and the future—is "STOP."
The programme is open to of all sexual identities and life backgrounds. Selection, training, and subsequent placement are based on voluntary, informed, and revocable consent at all times.
The Academy operates in full compliance with all applicable legal requirements, including employment law, health and safety standards, personality rights, and data-protection regulations.Our legal department regularly audits this in accordance with strict requirements.
The dignity, autonomy, physical integrity, and psychological well-being of every participant are treated as paramount.
The curriculum includes language instruction, intercultural competence, professional communication, organisational capability, and confident conduct in international social settings.
Psychological training and support are designed to strengthen empathy, conflict-management skills, self-reflection, resilience, and a responsible understanding of personal boundaries, proximity, and professional distance.
