Body Positions of the Europe Slave Academy – Guide for Applicants

In the Europe Slave Academy the fundamental body positions form the core of discipline and submission. All positions are performed completely naked and follow strict military standards. Quick undressing is an integral part of the protocol. The most important standing position is Attention, also called Slave Stand.

The sub stands with legs shoulder-width apart, knees straight, buttocks tight, back perfectly aligned, shoulders pulled back and down, and chest slightly pushed forward. Hands are firmly clasped behind the back, head upright, chin slightly raised, and gaze directed strictly straight ahead with no eye contact whatsoever to the trainer or examiner.

On the command “Attention!” the sub undresses as quickly as possible and immediately assumes this exact posture. The same rule of immediate nudity applies without any separate command when entering the outdoor area of the accommodation or the accommodation itself – clothing is placed neatly at the designated spot before the sub steps into Attention.

From this basic stance other standing positions develop naturally. In Parade Rest or At Ease the legs are positioned slightly wider with hands still behind the back but more relaxed. The Wall Stand requires the face or chest close to the wall, hands flat above the head, and legs spread. In Bent Over or Inspection Bend the upper body folds forward, hands gripping the ankles or clasped behind the head, presenting the buttocks and lower body maximally.

Kneeling positions deepen surrender. In Basic Kneel the sub drops onto both knees with buttocks on the heels, back straight, hands resting on the thighs, and gaze lowered. The Nadu or Pleasure Kneel opens the body more provocatively with knees spread wide, back strongly arched, chest thrust forward, and hands palms-up on the thighs. Present or Display Kneel keeps the knees wide while hands lock behind the head with elbows pushed outward. Obeisance or Submission Kneel brings the forehead fully to the floor, arms extended forward or behind the back, and buttocks raised high.

Military Kneel balances strength and obedience with one knee on the ground, the other leg upright, and hands behind the head.Lying positions allow total exposure. Prone or Bara lies flat on the stomach with arms behind the back or stretched forward and legs straight. Supine or Sula lies on the back with legs spread wide and arms above the head or at the sides. All Fours or Table places the sub on hands and knees with the back straight or arched. Zero or Reset returns the body to complete flatness on the stomach, forehead to the floor, arms and legs fully extended. Every transition between positions must be clean, controlled, and performed with calm breathing and absolute precision.

Applicants are strongly recommended to master all the positions listed above, including rapid undressing on the Attention command and the automatic nudity protocol for entering indoor and outdoor areas, well before the aptitude test. During the test positions are demanded on command, in rapid succession, and held for extended periods. Clean execution, unwavering posture, and instant obedience are decisive. Those who arrive already proficient demonstrate genuine commitment and significantly ease their path into the Academy. Daily naked practice with full discipline is therefore essential. The trainers will notice immediately who has prepared with the required seriousness.
