3. Openness and Transparency – Everything is Discussed

Before anything happens, we talk openly and honestly with you about everything that matters to you.
You can share what interests you, what might make you feel insecure, or what is out of the question for you. Together, we clarify which activities are right for you, where your boundaries lie, and what you desire. Everything is transparent and recorded in writing so that you can feel safe. Changes are possible at any time—you are not obliged to anything.

4. Communication – Your Voice Matters

It takes courage to talk about your own wishes, fears, or insecurities.
We create an atmosphere where you can open up—without fear of rejection or pressure. Even during the application process, it’s important to us that you honestly share how you feel and what you envision. Later on, you can always bring up anything, ask questions, or take a break. There are no stupid questions and no wrong feelings!

5. Debriefing (“Aftercare”) – We Support You

After each session, we take time to talk with you about your experience.
How did you feel? What was good, what was perhaps unusual or difficult? We make sure you can process everything in peace and support you in feeling comfortable and safe. This debriefing is a fixed part of our process—no one is left alone with their feelings.

6. Physical Safety – Health Comes First

Your physical integrity is always our top priority.
Our trainers are experienced and only use safe techniques. We also talk openly about health issues: If you have physical or psychological pre-existing conditions, we will work together to see what is possible and what is not. Some things are unfortunately not allowed with certain illnesses—for your protection. Medical check-ups such as HIV tests are mandatory so that everyone involved can be safe.

7. Psychological and Emotional Safety – Your Feelings Matter

Not only your body, but also your emotional well-being is important to us.
We make sure that no activity causes you psychological distress or harm. If you feel uncomfortable, you can stop at any time. Your feelings and concerns are taken seriously, and we address them with care.
